Hi, I’m Adriana
For years, I thought yoga was teaching me how to move…
It wasn’t until I learned to be still that I realized what it had been trying to teach me all along.
The more I practiced, the more I realized that yoga was changing me in ways I never expected. It taught me to slow down instead of rushing through life. It taught me to return to my breath, creating space to respond with greater clarity, patience, and intention. It taught me to listen more deeply—to myself, to others, and to life around me. With every practice, I discovered that some of life’s greatest lessons aren’t found in movement, but in stillness.
My curiosity, my love of learning, and a desire to discover everything yoga had to offer eventually led me halfway around the world to Bali. I didn’t go there with the intention of becoming a yoga teacher. I went because I wanted to deepen my own practice. I wanted to understand not only how yoga could transform the body, but also why it has the power to transform the way we live.
What I found wasn’t just a deeper understanding of yoga—it was a different way of moving through life.

I returned home with a full heart and a desire to share what the experience had given me. Not just the practice itself, but the feeling it created—a little more presence, a little more peace, and a deeper connection to myself. It is my hope that everyone who walks through my studio doors has the opportunity to discover what yoga can become for them.
I look forward to welcoming you to the mat. 🤍
